Well hello there... long time no see, huh?

I had the best of intentions in keeping up with this blog, but sometimes life just gets in the way, am I right? 

Miles will be 7 months old tomorrow. WTF.  How did this happen? 

He is just an amazing lil man that bring so much joy into our lives.  I promise to share more in future posts but for now here are some recent photos from our 6 month photo shoot.  Sadly daddy is still away at training and wasn't able to be with us.  We sure do miss daddy.

 It was this lil man's 1st Easter.  Of course I had to be "that" mom and dress him up with an adorable bunny hat! 
 Miles was sweet and got his nanny an Easter basket as well. 
 Here's a lil peek at the Easter card we sent to immediate family.  That picture was taken about 3 weeks before Easter.  I can't believe how big he's gotten since then. 
 This is our ONLY PICTURE AS A FAMILY that I have from Easter.  Its after a long day and we're prepping Miles for his bath.  Mr. said put the hat on him, everyone loves an almost naked baby in a hat.  Man has got a point I suppose. 
 Here is Miles' 1st Easter basket.  No its not monogrammed...hope that doesn't make me a bad mom.  I'm so fickle with things, I'll want a new one every year I bet.  The candy is obviously for the big boy (aka DAD). 
 Our boys with their Easter goodies.  Milo got a new stuffed toy and treats.  He refused to look at me if the treats were next to him so, they are pictured. 
 I have no good pictures of Miles in his Easter best.  I might actually dress him up and get pictures just so I have them...shhh... don't tell.  We went to Easter brunch with friends at the Club on base.  Its actually a rather nice buffet. 

 My sweet friend Mandy sent us a jumperoo, which Miles loves.  Sadly the pugchild doesn't share the love. 

 Daddy had his fini flight in the F15e.  I'll share more about this later, but its with a heavy heart that we're leaving the fighter community.  We're staying in the Air Force but leaving fighters behind.  Mr. leaves for a new training course soon, but I'll stay here until we get our next assignment, which will hopefully Vegas.
 This is one of many traditions in the fighter community. 
 It was this lil guy's first and probably last trip out on the flight line.  He did so well. 
Have no fear, he had on headgear while the jets were running.  He actually fell asleep to the jet noise :)  He's sporting a mustache because its March and, yet another tradition is Mustache March, so daddy has been growing one as well.  Yes....yuck.
How is this lil guy getting so big :(
