Scene - Kitchen Sunday Night After Dinner
Mr. Jetplane is studying at the table for his test on Monday morning. We had dinner which I only ate half of because I was totally stuffed. I come into the kitchen about 45 minutes after dinner is over and go in the freezer. I get out what's left of my Sugar Free Butter Pecan Ice Cream.
Mr: "I thought you were full?"
Me: "Yeah I was. I have my period."
Mr: "Yeah so..."
Me: "So? So? I have an uncontrollable urge to eat something sweet. I need something sweet!"
Mr: "OK... Don't let me come between you and your ice cream!"
Smart move Mr. Jetplane!!!
Thursday morning last week... Mr. is sitting on the couch in the living room sending someone a text message and I am in my home office working.
Mr: "Hey sweetie!"
Me: "Yeah!"
Mr: "Hey who sings... " I wish I was alittle bit taller...I wish I was a baller..."
Me: "Ummmm... Ummm... Hold on I got this!"
Mr: "Never mind its TooShort!"
Me: "No its not!"
Mr: "Yes it is, its TooShort!"
Me: "No it most definitely isn't TooShort."
Mr: "Whatever its totally TooShort."
Me: "No Its SkeeLo!"
Mr: "No way...who the hell is SkeeLo"
Me: "It is, I know it is."
Mr: "You are so wrong, its totally TooShort!"
Me: "Fine I'll google it...."
BOOYAH!!!
Me: "Its SkeeLo! I just googled it, you want to come see?"
Mr: "NO! Whatever...."
We get into conversations like this at least 2x a week...it always ends with..."Fine I'm going to google it!"
Does anyone else use Google as their fight ender, or just us?

Lol, we use Google all the time to end our disagreements! Most recently it was about the difference between spider webs and cob webs. Completely random.
Definitely use google as a fight ender! :)
We sure do. Google has been on my team more times then not.
We ALWAYS use Google to prove who is right in our disagreements. Who can argue with Google?!
I ALWAYS use Google, James Bond tells me I am nutso.
Of course we use Google! The last time I used it was when Nick swore Rod Stewart sang "Give A Little Bit." I knew that there it was so NOT Rod Stewart, but I didn't know who it was – Google to the rescue! It was Supertramp. Now our joke is, "This is totally Rod Stewart," even when it is not. Google is an outside unbiased source, I love it! :)
Definitely! I love it when Google and I are right.
I had to prove a point to a dumb coworker and they took the internet away so I couldnt google, but I did hop on a free weight rack to show him on the tv but ended up falling and splitting my pants...but hey atleast I proved him wrong! :)
I love the "I'm going to google it" conversations.... Seriously how did people settle those arguments before google?
When in doubt... google!
We do! J is the one who usually is looking it up though.
LOL, I have been known to use google!
I totally bring out the google!
I do I do!! and I'm ALWAYS right!!
We use Google all the time as a means to end an dispute. It's genius.
I use google with my roommate while we watch tv! We google random stuff about what we are watching. I laughed out loud at this post :)
Haha! Always, always, always use the googs to end an argument! Both of these convo's sound very similar to ones in my household - possibly nothing alike due to differences in accents, but eh!
My husband knows now... Period means eating chocolate until I can't physically move. If he don't come home with a jumbo bag of white choc raspberry bullets, his life might as well be over!
