The Jetplanes will be celebrating our 1 yr anniversary on June 7th, yes its crazy soon and I have NO idea what to get the Mr. He's has 4 watches so no to that.
Any ideas? Also, he's 29th bday is in July, ideas?
FYI-Mrs. Jetplane turns 29 June 2nd. Please feel free to start planning accordingly.
We have a houseguest arriving tonight for the wedding this weekend. He is Mr. Jetplane's frat bro and a groomsmen in our wedding. He doesn't fly in until almost 11pm, Mr. is going to pick him up. (too bad b/c I work literally 5 minutes from the airport)
Gotcha get home and clean our casa.
P.S. thank you for all the kind words earlier today, we will be attending the service on Friday afternoon. His wife and I (& Mr) are the same age, it makes me really appreciate each and every day we have on this Earth.

I've got nothin'...Yes, I am no help. I am having the same problem - ugh! My 1st anniversary is the weekend after yours and we are going to be out of town for a wedding - so I am curious as to everyone's ideas too.
I am really sorry to hear about your friend's wife. What a sad thing to happen.
Have fun this weekend. I love when Mr. Marine's frat brothers come to vist but I need a vacation after they leave!
The first anniversary is paper...so that's when I got my sexy book done. Be creative...any fave books, autographs he'd want, artwork for the house, a balck/white print of someplace special, etc...
Hmmm...gifts are always so tricky. How about a nice piece of memorabilia of his favorite sports team?

Well we just celebrated our 1 yr and I made the Mr. a book on MyPublisher.com with tons of pics documenting our first year together. He LOVED it! I was kind of surprised, but he thought it was awesome. I started with the moment we said "I do" and went from there. Super easy and it was like 40 bucks. Plus, the 1st year is paper, so I guess I followed along with that??
I was married June 7 too :) and I am in the same boat..... no idea what to get my husband! Good luck!
I know the 1st is paper but I didn't knwo what to get either so I got him season tix to his fav sport.
2nd anniv well I went much cheaper and got him perfect pull ups and perfect push ups.. (he asked for that so it made it easier)
I don't know what to do either. I feel like it should be something super special, but seriously he has everything!
Tickets to a sporting event or a concert from a band he really likes? You can never go wrong with those!
My birthday is June 2nd too! :)
Shopping for birthdays are the hardest. For our anniversary, Husby and I always go on vacation.
