Here's an easy one: Go to the nearest Costco or Sams and buy something from the freezer section, then place on a platter and garnish... :-)

I usually cook a pork tenderloin, slice it, and serve it on a platter. You can do anything to the pork you want - it cooks quickly and easily... and looks really fancy!

Small finger sandwiches would work. I do a ham and swiss cheese on a dinner roll with a little mustard, butter, onion and poppy seed. Throw them in the oven to melt the cheese just a bit. Also, try kraftfoods.com. LOTs of recipes on there!! I've gotten tons and everyone always raves about them.

I love this easy spinach dip (that's a healthy option but SO tasty!): http://www.shape.com/healthy_eating/recipes/spinach_dip_recipe

I serve it with Triscuits, bread, or tortilla chips. It's awesome.

Have you thought of taking an antipasto platter? No cooking involved, just assemble!

Or you can make antipasto kabobs

We've made these before and they are always a huge hit.

Two other easy appetizers are slicing open sugar snap pea pods and filling them with a filling of soft cream cheese and finely diced smoked salmon or you can slice melon and wrap it with some basil leaves and prosciutto.

My link didn't work because it's too long - let's try this:

I once went to a baby shower that had a soup bar- different crock pots of heavy soups (chowders, potato cheese, chili, etc.) They had a big pile of pre-cut itty-bitty-mini breadbowls that you could serve the soup in... It was like bite-sized soup! I totally fell in love with it.

I also have a crazy-good recipe for these spicy sausage won-tons: think won-ton wrappers baked mike mini taco salad bowls, then filled with a gooey filling of baked cheddar/pork sausage/bell pepper/onions. They are always the hit of my appetizer table. LMK if you're interested?

Good luck!

Lulu

Pad thai shredded chicken in mini pita rounds?
Bacon wrapped dates?

Email me if either sound good and I'll give you the recipe.

Super easy one (and super unhealthy)- it may not sound too appetizing but TRUST!

One block of cream cheese, softened and spread into bottom layer of small dish.

One can of chili (with ot without beans) spread on top as second layer.

Two cups chredded mexican 4 cheese blend as top and final layer.

Microwave for 2 minutes. Serve.

I made it for a party a week ago and it was a total HIT!

This is SERIOUSLY the best artichoke dip evah. I get rave reviews every time I make it.

It's not healthy. Which makes it taste even better ;)

Chicken wing dip. I don't have a recipe, but google it, it's to die for.

I agree with the Chicken Wing Dip.

Or, I have a Bacon Swiss Dip. Take a block of cream cheese, a scoop of mayo, and shredded swiss cheese. Mix that all up and put in an oven-safe dish. Sprinkle bacon bits (the real stuff) on top. Pop in the oven until golden brown on top. It's delish!!

I recently went to a holiday party where I tried a delicous cheese ball... and the best part... the recipe is super easy! Its a package of cream cheese and one of those packaged ranch mix things blended together... and then press lawry's seasoned pepper into it. AMAZING and EASY. Obviously serve with crackers.
