The highest of highs and the lowest of lows.
We lost are sweet, lovable, big American Bulldog Charlie last night. I came home to find him already gone. It hurts too much to get into the details right now but my heart is broken into millions of pieces. Sadly Mr. Jetplane is away at school and won't be back until the end of July. He is absolutely devastated by this and that breaks my heart even more. Charlie was my husband's best friend, he loved that dog so much, they had an amazing connection. I feel horrible about his loss.
Charlie...my sweet baby Charlie...mama is so sorry she wasn't here to help you. I'm so sorry you're gone. You were such a wonderful dog.
This is one of my favorite pictures of the two of them. Charlie was a big dog but loved to cuddle. He wanted to be a lap dog. He loved his daddy so much, he was his shadow. He was the sweetest boy. I left his red bandanna on him, I think he would have liked it that way.
Mama loves you sweet baby Charles. Like I told you every single day, you are the best big white dog I ever had. We miss you so much already.

Oh I am so very sorry for your loss. Some people don't understand the bond between pets and their owners, but I do and it is a very special bond indeed. You and your husband are in my prayers through this difficult time.

How devastating. We lost our Great Dane a year and a half ago and it still gets to me sometimes. My thoughts are with you.

Oh what terrible news! We lost a pet earlier this month and it was really difficult on us all. It's nice that you have so many cute pictures and memories to look back on. That last one really is adorable. Hope you're all feeling a little better soon. XX
So sorry to hear about your loss. Puppies are family too and I am just so sorry.
Sorry about the loss of your little guy. My guys are like my kids, so I can only imagine how hard that is. My condolences.
