Well football season is almost upon us and the Jetplanes are always excited. We have confirmed our NFL Ticket on Direct TV, made sure the surround sound is set up, we've invited some of our friends to make it a Sunday ritual, and I've been on the lookout for new football gear. And by football gear I mean COLTS gear.


Yeah that's right, if you didn't know already I'm a COLTS fan. I already expressed my disbelief and disgust at Victoria's Secret and their new NFL line. I mean come on VS, no Colts love, no Saints love...ummm what the hell.


But no fear my dear friends... Last season I was happy to find that Old Navy had quite a selection of NFL gear. Not all of it was in women sizes but you could easily find it in Mens or children's. P.S. Jetplanes moved from Indy to Pensacola the year the Colts beat the Bears in the Superbowl in Miami....Jetplanes moved again (in August) from Pensacola to North Carolina and the Colts are again in the Superbowl in Miami.... do you see a trend here???

Someone developed a major sinus headache last night and took medicine during the beginning of the Colts/Patriots game. By halftime I was in a drug induced coma and could hardly keep my eyes open... which totally pissed me off. This was the "game of the decade", to quote NBC.


If you know anything about me...I am a HUGE COLTS fan and a HUGE Hater of all things associated with New England...that obviously includes Bill B and even the hottie Tom Brady. As a True Blue Colts fan... I refuse to like him, no matter how sexy he may look at the cover of Details, GQ, or Esquire.... REFUSE!!!



Mr. Jetplane also had to get up at 5am for a test this morning so we decided after half time to watch the rest of the game in bed. Well I passed out in no time and Mr. went to sleep at the end of the 3rd quarter.


When he left this morning, he came in to give me another kiss and said.."Colts won 35 -34!" I sat up... you are f'in kidding me... and we missed it... damn it....


Well fear not..I have watched Sports Center and I am still wearing my Colts shirt that I fell asleep in... GO COLTS!!!

That my beloved Colts lost last night. I hate the freaking Chargers and I can stand Phillip Rivers. Sorry to any Charger lovers, but I think Rivers is a giant a-hole.

NFL Playoffs start today. Yeah Baby! Mrs. Jetplane has on her game day outfit and is ready to view the game on her 55" television. Mr. Jetplane and I will be on speaker phone for most of the game. I stopped by the store picked up a pizza to make and I have a 1/2 bottle of bubbly to finish. I may be the only person watching football and drinking champagne. Oh well.

1. I found Badgley Mischka at TJ Maxx. I found a really cute Purple dress, but while it fit in the top it didn't really have a waist and wasn't very flattering on me. It looked like a really cute pruple bag.

2. I'm pissed that I don't get to see the Colts today on regular TV. I'm checking updates online.

3. I've recently decided to not buy small bagged carrots. I've started buying a pound of carrots and then peel and cut them myself. Did you realize that use can get a pound for under $1.00? Not only is it cheaper, but they taste alot better.

4. I am successfully bringing my backyard back to life.

5. I just bought a super cute, pink, cotton sleep dress from Walmart - its Hanes and the proceeds are going to Breast Cancer Research.

6. I'm still working on Thank you cards from the wedding. Yes I'm horrible. I have about 30 or so left. I just got totally burnt out. All the "important" people got theirs during the first wave...

7. I'm going to make Rice Krispies today.... Yeah!! Yes I'm supposed to be watching what I eat...

8. I put some time in on the elliptical machine yesterday.... not enough but it is the first step.

9. I can't wait to watch Mad Men tonight.

10. Poor lil Milo has some sort of eye infection. I have to give him antibiotics, baby aspirins, and put ointment in both of his eyes, which he absolutely hates.
