Daydreamin....

Flight school is tough, not just for me but also Mr. Jetplane (haha). The days are long and very busy. On average we get to spend 3 hours or so together a day.

Mr is up and out of the house by 7am and not home until 6 or 7pm some days. And then he's in bed by 9pm. Today he was out the door by 6am. And those lovely 2-3 hours we spend together, we eat dinner and then he's studying for the next day of class or preparing for his flight. So really, we get a good solid 30 mins of QT....

Its weeks like these that I wish we could just get on a plane and head to the beach and relax...

Oh a girl can dream, right?

Cute picture! When flight school is all over with y'all can take a vacation to a sandy beach and have some good QT under the sunshine! Hang in there!

I know how you feel. My husband is drug investigter. We have times when he's only at home to sleep. He falls into bed after I'm alseep and is gone before I wake up. It comes and goes. I have to tell myself at times... "at least he's beside me!" It does make it harder with having kid/kids. But I love him and he loves what he does. Not always easy or fun but at the end of the day.... just gotta do what you gotta do.

I know exactly how you feel! Just wait until he joins a squadron. Those 3 precious hours will slowly dwindle down to 1...maybe 2. I left for work before he woke up this morning and he won't get home until midnight tonight. Sad! But, worth it. :)

Oh man, our lives are so similar at this point. The only time you have together is occupied by studying or sleeping. Or eating, which, okay, I like that part. :-)

Love your beach photo! :)

I think someday, you'll be able to encourage other couples with your story! Just imagine being able to share all the wisdom you're gaining right now.

I am pretty sure you just described my life as well. My husband wakes up at 4, doesn't get home until 6 or 7 and is in bed by 9. Its a total bummer :(

I totally feel you girl! I leave in the morning at 5:45 and then don't see my husband walk in the door until around 7:30. Then we go to bed at 10. Not ideal for sure!
