Jetplanes back together again...

Well, after a very long and eventful drive he finally made it home. The house was clean except for my loads of laundry needed to be folded. And he also informed me one of the guys from Texas would be staying at our house tonight on his way to NC.
Great! I didn't dust or vacuum the guest bedroom this weekend.
Its so surreal having him home. I love it don't get me wrong, but it doesn't feel real. It was a rough night sleeping. Milo was uber-pissed about not getting to sleep in the bed and decided to stand next to my side of the bed and stare at me. I woke up probably 10 times and looked down to see him staring at me, it was a little creepy. He finally decided to go sleep on the couch around 4am.
But it was so nice to roll over this morning and have a man in my bed.
He's busy all day getting his papers in order, going to the financial office for the money they still owe him, and of course working out. As you will all soon find out, if you don't already know, my sweet hubby is kind of a girl about his body. He complains about being fat all the time. So needless to say, with his knee surgery he hasn't been able to work out like he would like. And believe me, he's been whining about it a lot.
But I love him no matter what... even when we go out to dinner and they assume the chicken sandwich with steamed broccoli is mine and the cheeseburger and fries is his... oh no, its usually the other way around...
Don't worry folks now that the Jetplanes are together again, hilarity will ensue.
XOXO

yay I am so excited for you!
Yay for having him home!
That is so funny about your dog giving you the death stare, we've seen a few of those around here as welL!
I am so excited for both of you to be together again!!
so happy you are together again!
hahahah my hubby's a girl too. i get asked all the time "does this shirt make me look fat?" and i have never pulled that once. i'm such a man
Yay!!!!!! Yep, Chief has that death stare perfected as well. I'm not sure where Z plans on sleeping when he gets home...uh oh. Time for larger bedroom furniture, me thinks.
I'm so happy for you & your hubby!!! Enjoy your time together!! XOXO
YAY! I always grin from ear-to-ear when I hear of this kind of reunion. When my hubby was home for R&R it wasn't the dog giving me the death-stare... but my 3 year-old son. Wasn't so happy about dad taking "his" place in the bed. :)
I'm so happy for you!
Doggie death stares are definitely creepy! My dog does the same thing, but only in the mornings. It's almost like he's trying to will me awake.
My husband is always complaining about his fat too :P
so great for him to be home!!! i'm so excited for you!!
YAYAYAYAY I am so happy he's home! Live it up...and kiss a lot!
Yay! It's been a long time coming!
Glad he's back! You really make a sacrifice when you are a military wife... Go you! :)
Yay! So happy for you! Hopefully Milo will get adjusted soon.
By the way - The cheeseburger and fries would be mine, too!! Haha!
It's the same way when I eat out with my husband. He's the healthy eater. And they always mix up our Coke and Diet Coke.
Glad he's home safely!
You must be soo happy! That Milo stare down must have been worth it when you rolled over and found Mr. Jetplane. :)
Hip Hip Hooray for the Jetplanes! :)
How exciting! I laughed out loud about Milo staring at you all night. Poor dog! haha!
Did Charlie come home with him? I am so glad that he is back and you can be together. Even though I don't * technically* know you, ha ha I am still excited for you. And I'm excited for the next pug tomorrow!
So happy he's back!
And I laughed at the Pug stare, because I know it so well. It gets employed on a daily basis at my house right around breakfast time, coincidentally.
Just for your information, I thought about you when I woke up this morning. No not in a creepy way. I dreamt about Eric's and Bill's charaters last night and I was Sookie. When I realized it, I started laughing and knew I'd have to tell you. It is the only night I've been away from Mark in a couple months, interestingly.
YAY! Congrats on having him home! Enjoy every second, even the funny/obnoxious things you'd forgotten he does. :)
How awesome to have him home. I hope your guest went out for the evening to give you guys some alone time.
Do you consider Mr. Jetplane a metrosexual?
HA! that always happens to us at dinner to. It used to bother me and now I just go on eating my fries and drinking my soda while he eats his broccoli and sips his water.
enjoy having him home! : )
So exciting to hear about your reuniting! Enjoy it!
