If you haven't already noticed this, I'm addicted to television. It is true, I adore it and its been a problem in my life for as long as I can remember.
I will say that Thursday nights used to be my favorite but now Mondays are.
Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Rules of Engagement and GG (which I didn't start watching until this year), One Tree Hill, Duggars, John & Kate, I mean.... The DVR gets a workout.
I must tell you all if you haven't watched the Big Bang Theory or How I Met Your Mother, you are definitely missing out on some of the best sitcoms that have been on in a LONG time.
Does anyone else hate when you fall in love with a show and it gets cancelled? I do. Did anyone ever watch October Road...
I freaking loved, no adored, that show. I am so pissed they dropped it. That show actually made Mr. Jetplane tear up one night, and that in and of itself is a feat. The show was based upon the life of the writer who wrote Beautiful Girls (which by the way, is a wonderful movie).
Anyone else have a show that they loved that was cancelled?

I was addicted to Cashmere Mafia and it got cancelled after just one season.
Notes from the Underbelly literally made me laugh out loud. It lasted like a season and a half before it got canned.
I can't wait for the return of Gossip Girl tonight!
I was heartbroken this winter when they cancelled Dirty, Sexy Money. Hubby and I loved it like crazy!!! The clothes were great, the houses were spectacular, and the drama was hilarious! We also really liked The Nine which was another show that ABC cancelled partway through the season in 2007-2008. We don't get along with ABC very much for these reasons (though I do still love DH).
I love Big Bang Theory & How I Met Your Mother! I have actually started to DVR those now...so I think I am addicted like you are. I was so upset when I realized that Dirty Sexy Money or Lipstick Jungle weren't coming back on this season (unless ABC surprises me) - both of those shows were great!
I am the queen of choosing the shows that will be canceled. I absolutely adored the Jeremy Piven version of Cupid from the 90s. It is coming back sometime soon with a new cast, but it just won't the same.
I also loved Lipstick Jungle and Pushing Daisies this season. I was still holding out that Lipstick Jungle would be back, but I've heard two of the leading ladies have new shows. Pushing Daisies was so different–which is hard to be sometimes. Nick an I both enjoyed it.
We both love How I Met Your Mother and Gossip Girl. Somehow I managed to get him addicted to GG. The guy hates all of my other dramatic, gossipy shows, but that one he loves.
Oh I loved October Road. My bff and I watched it on the phone with each other every week. I was also heartbroken when they canceled Reunion on FOX, The Class on CBS, Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip on NBC, and Related on the old WB. I just don't watch that many new shows nowadays because I hated getting into one and then having it leave before any resolution!
Have you seen Sons of Anarchy? We LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I am also a huge Lost and a closet One Tree Hill fan...shh, don't tell my husband!
With us being overseas we kind of get left behind with the new shows stateside. Thank g-d that AFN picked up How I Met Your Mother and Big Bang. They are hilarious.
My fave canceled show? Dead Like Me. But that was ages ago.

I still am upset about the tv show 'The Nine". Love Hubby loved and well it was yanked.
I liked October Road as well. I love Lipstick Jungle and who really knows what is happening with that.
Hubby and I loved monkey Love and Ed and American Dreams and well those are all goners now.
I hate getting sucked and then having the show just disappear. But this seems to happen a lot.

I love October road too! It was so good though sometimes a little far fetched (like brothers and sisters isn't!) You and I watch all the same shows basically. How funny.
I was obsessed with October Road!!! I seriously must have cried when it got canceled! I've been looking everywhere for season 2 on dvd, cos it's supposed to let us know all the unanswered questions, like who was the dad? and what girl was he going to end up with? Oh man, I'm tearing up just thinking about how much I loved that show!
I miss October Road - Mr. Potts and I always watched it! I just saw in a post above me that Dirty, Sexy Money was cancelled! I'm heartbroken.
I LOVE The Big bang theory, and how I met your mother. Seriously, 2 of the best shows on tv! =)

OMG...I love Monday night tv too. HIMYM and The big bang theory are the best! They crack me up every time. The New Adventures of Old Christine use to come on on Mondays, but it was moved to Wednesday. It's awesome too.

I love TV too. Now that we have satellite though I don't get to watch my fav shows! They're all supposed to be on local stations. So no CW shows, or FOX shows or ABC shows. Some I can watch online though.
I saw someone said cashmere mafia. Yeah, loved it too and can't believe they cancelled it!
I pretty much want to have an extramarital affair with Neil Patrick Harris.

I was in love with What About Brian? and Cashmere Mafia. So sad that they were canceled. I don't see how they didn't have a following.
I wish Once and Again had stayed on longer. I never watched October Road-now that it is canceled he should come back to OTH and be with Peyton ;)
My hubby was just gripping that Monday night the dvr is so full! Monday and Thursday are usually my dvr's busiest times.

Notes from the Underbelly was amazing! Hubby didn't get my love of the show though. I may have to check hulu to see if they have the old episodes.
